It often happens when people feel that their motivation level is low or sometime it seems like, it disappeared. When this happens you feel like there is some hidden power that is becoming hindrance in your progress. You may feel disappointed because you are not making any progress. Nowadays, staying motivated is a struggle. Our minds are constantly occupied with negative thoughts and anxiety about what will happen in our future? Everyone seems depressed and worry but, successful are those you have the ability to move forward.
When you want to increase your motivation level you should remember that there is a difference between motivation and inspiration. People usually mingle these two different concepts. Motivation is external force which encourages you, gives you ideas and pushes or drives you to carry out your desired goal. Inspiration is exactly the opposite of motivation. Inspiration is a state of mind, it's totally self-generated, and it comes from within. When you feel inspired you feel you're much excited and want to get into action immediately.
So, do you really want to increase you stimulus for living happy life? Than first of all you have to find out those causes that force you to step back from your desired aim.
Causes behind lack of motivation:
There are many reasons that are may be behind your lack of motivation. Some of them are lack of confidence, not having any direction for your goals, lack of focus, fear of failure, low self-esteem, feeling indifferent, anxiety and depression
Some people motivated in beginning when they start any new work or activities than their motivation gradually fade away until they quit midway. They start with full zeal and zest but suddenly lose interest and quite.

Set smart, attainable and realistic goal for yourself. It gives you clear vision, direction and sense of purpose. Goals increase desire, passion and motivation.
Enjoy your work:
Love your work. Whatever you are doing just enjoy it and if you enjoy it; it will automatically become easier for you to get success in it.
Help Others:
Spend your time with those who need you; share your ideas with them and help your friends whenever they need your assistance, you will find motivation and new energy within yourself.
